ZUU

If you want a work-out that is one of the lowest risk of injury, but the biggest return on your time, then ZUU is for you. ZUU is exercise with purpose and concentrates on bodyweight exercise through improving mobility. Not only will you increase your strength, but you will also increase your cardio output, plus many more fitness attributes. The best thing it is ideal for any fitness levels and is fun. As you know I am a big advocate of encouraging youths to start exercise, so it is free for any youth with a participating adult.


For adults it is free for members and 1st timers, then only $5 for the class. So don’t take my word for it come an join us every Monday at 6:30pm. It will be great to see you.
