"I have been part of EFM Health Club Caulfield for about 4 years now and I just love it. I have M.S. and I have become so much stronger and healthier since attending EFM. The fitness coaches and members are very friendly and the fitness coaches trainers are always happy to give me exercises to suit my needs. It's great to be treated as an individual where everyone knows your name and are aware of your capabilities. I would recommend EFM to anyone who has been put off by those huge gyms.
