Ive been with EFM Frankston gym for 4 years now and I am amazed they keep me coming 4-5 times a week without fail. When I started with EFM Frankston gym I was down and depressed but they soon had me up and training again seeing fantastic results and I am shocked that I have reached more than 700 visits since I started 4 years ago. Thanks for keeping me motivated all this time.
