Unique Personal Fitness Exercise and Weight Loss Programs.

Our new members come to us for all kinds of reasons and with varied starting fitness levels. Most are looking to increase personal fitness, control their weight or focus on weight loss. Often they have tried other diet and fitness exercise programs and not seen the results they wanted. Others are new to the gym experience and are looking to understand and improve their own fitness.

When you start at EFM, it does not matter if you're a first-timer or a past gym user, because you'll be taken through an initial consultation to assess your baseline fitness. Your Personal Fitness Coach will then guide you through your program every step of the way.

If you're new to exercise, that might mean setting your machine for you and giving you some gentle exercise programs to get started. If you've been to gyms before, your Fitness Coach will 'tweak' your daily program and prescribe you with advanced programs for fast-tracked results. How do we do it?

"EFM Cross Training" for weight loss and fitness:

EFM Cross Training is a proven fitness exercise program and training technique that mixes different activities, under the guidance of your Fitness Coach. We aim to boost your metabolism, burn fat (weight loss), "tone up" and ensure a motivating program with plenty of variety to improve personal fitness.

Cardiovascular training:

This form of training is all about increasing your heart rate and having you exercise at a suitable intensity to improve your general fitness. Our fitness equipment is all low impact and easy to use and your Fitness Coach will tailor your program for you according to your fitness levels.

Resistance training:

We're not talking about giving you "Arnie-arms", we're talking about gaining lean muscle (the muscle that gives you shape and tone). Why? Well not just because your new shaped, toned arms will look great, but because gaining lean muscle increases your metabolism. When that occurs, you burn more calories assisting in weight loss or weight control.

In your time:

Whether you've got 20 minutes or 60 minutes, twice per week or every day, your membership gives you unlimited access to all sessions and Fitness Coaching.
