  Sean has been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years. Previously owning an EFM, and most recently as an assistant manager at a personal training studio.

  Sean brings with him an extensive knowledge in all aspects of the industry, whether it be 1 on 1 or group training. Sean believes that fitness is to be enjoyed and his role is to motivate and make training a fun and rewarding experience helping you to reach your health and fitness goals and be the best you can be.
