We’re proud to offer supervised sessions only, meaning you’ll never train alone. Every session is designed around your goals, abilities, and pace – no guesswork, no pressure, just consistent progress.

We offer 1 – 1 personal training sessions, that cater specifically to you, in order to help you achieve your goals faster!

    Meet Sean!

    Sean is known for his supportive, focused, and energetic approach to coaching. With nearly two decades in the fitness industry, he brings experience, knowledge, and passion to every session. Since becoming the proud franchisee of EFM Victoria Park in 2017, Sean has been dedicated to helping members feel stronger, more confident, and genuinely supported in their fitness journey.

    Sean’s coaching style is balanced and encouraging, combining structure with positivity. He’s passionate about strength-based training, guiding members to build both physical and mental resilience through safe, effective techniques.

    Outside the club, Sean keeps active with running and weight training, and he enjoys spending quality time with his family. He believes true fitness is about finding balance, feeling good, staying consistent, and having fun along the way.
