Personalised Fitness Coaching bridges the gap between a traditional gym and personal training. While many recognise the benefits of having a personal trainer, the service is simply too expensive for most.
Enter EFM Personal Fitness Coaching! During every workout at the club you will be supervised, assisted, and motivated by your EFM Fitness Coach. Your coach will make sure you are getting the most out of every session- whether you are just starting out or have been training for years.
Your coach will work closely with you but will also be working with other members of the club. This creates a fun, friendly and social training environment where you get the best of both worlds- the supervision and expertise of your coach and the camaraderie of training alongside others.
Appointments are not necessary, allowing to you train at times that are convenient for you.
That all depends on what your goals are!
Your program will be developed from one of our 4 unique training systems- each of which is structured to accommodate specific training goals, exercise preferences and pre-existing fitness levels. Your Fitness Coach will then further customise your workout depending on your available time, training experience and any injury restrictions. Additionally, Pilates and Yoga classes are included in your membership.
Yes! EFM’s Eat Well, Live Well program will teach you what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat. It’s a 12-week lifestyle program with nutritionally balanced, dietician approved meal plans. You can read more about our Eat Well, Live Well program here.
