New Timetable starts 11/9

With the start of spring a new Timetable is starting. Apart from our day to day personalised programs that change daily we are also offering some extra classes that might appeal to individuals that like that form of exercise. These classes include



  1. S.T.L (Spin those legs) – great cycling class (30-45mins)

  2. ZUU- Great class for mobility and strength -(30mins)

  3. H.I.R.T – New class that is strength training base, however hits the cardiovascular system hard (30mins)

  4. Boxing Circuit – Great boxing circuit (30mins)

  5. BOXUU – great combo of ZUU and Boxing for those who like both (30mins)


All classes are include in our membership and only $10 for non-members, except for the ZUU class which is only $5 and kids can come free with a adult.


All these except for S.T.L run for only 30mins so they are quick and time efficient but give great results. Give David a call on 0408 559 050 for the times of these classes.
