A one hour workout is only 4 percent of your day. NO EXCUSES. Every vice has its excuse ready. Excuses are for people who don’t want it bad enough. Excuses don’t burn calories. No one ever drowned in sweat. No one ever excused their way to success. Stop saying tomorrow. That voice inside your head that’s saying you can’t do it is a liar. The person who really wants to do something finds a way; the other person finds an excuse. Clear your mind of can’t. There are seven days in a week and someday isn’t one of them. There’s no such thing as bad weather for exercise. Just soft people. Wake up with determination, go to bed with satisfaction. We all have the same amount of hours in our day. Deciding how to use your hours is up to you. We excuse our sloth under the pretext of difficulty. You can only fail if you quit. Nothing is more certain than the defeat of a person who gives up. Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength. Being defeated is often a temporary condition. Giving up is what makes it permanent. Wow, I really regret that workout. – No One. Ever.
