Day 4: Tons of cabbage soup and skimmed milk. With a maximum of 8 bananas.
Day 5: Lots and lots of cabbage soup, six tomatoes and 565g of beef. On this day, make sure that you keep yourself totally hydrated with 6-8 glasses of water.
Day 6: Not including potatoes, eat as much beef, veggies and cabbage soup as much as your stomach can handle.
Day 7: cabbage soup, sugar-free fruit juice and just a little brown rice.
Try to zest up your soup (for variety) by sprinkling some cayenne pepper. The taste will be so much better and your diet plan will be more tolerable. Make sure that throughout the diet plan, stay hydrated with at least 4 big glasses of water daily.
